Glossary: Retraining
Supplemental training required for authorized or affected employees when periodic inspections or program audits reveal deficiencies in their knowledge, changes in job assignments, equipment, or energy control procedures, or when new hazards are introduced. This ensures continued competency and adherence to LOTO requirements. (OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii))
