How do I access a course I purchased?
Log in, open "My Learning" from the top navigation, and select your course. Your progress saves automatically.
Can I pause and resume a course later?
Yes. Your progress is saved automatically so you can come back any time and keep going where you left off.
How long do I have to complete a course?
You keep lifetime access to the course you bought and can complete it at your own pace.
Is there a final exam?
Yes. After you finish the lessons and section quizzes, you can take the final exam to earn your certificate.
How do I earn a certificate?
Finish all lessons, pass the section quizzes, and pass the final exam. Your certificate is available immediately after completion.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before a certificate is issued for the course. Contact info@qualora.io for help.
