Pediatric Asthma Simulation for EMT, Level 1

This Level 1 ARISE simulation prepares EMT learners to perform a focused scene size-up for a 16-year-old patient experiencing an asthma attack after pulling over while driving himself to the hospital. In a time-bound, realistic prehospital scenario, participants practice gathering dispatch information, applying standard precautions, assessing scene safety, and making early operational decisions aligned with National Registry psychomotor expectations.
